No. fix.mySites.guru is not a free service. This is the site to use if you are commissioning manual consultancy from Phil himself.

Will you charge me if you can't fix it?
No. All requests are screened before committing to your success.
It is very rare that we turn down a request. If we don't believe we can add value beyond what you've already done, we won't charge. If the work is extreme or will take weeks, we'll let you know so we can discuss the way forward.
If what you are asking for goes beyond what a fixed-rate charge can reasonably cover, normally 30 minutes to one hour of work, we may decline it or come back to you with a different figure.
How do I pay? Do you accept PayPal?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. PayPal accounts can be used the same way.
If you already have a mySites.guru account, your default payment source will be charged. Otherwise you'll create a free account and add your card at the end.
A standard pre-authorization verifies your card, but you won't be charged until work is confirmed.
How much will you charge me in my own currency?
mySites.guru charges in pounds sterling, the currency of the United Kingdom, where our company is registered. Our fees are set out in defined pounds and pence.
The final price you pay depends on several things outside our control: cross-border fees, currency conversion fees, and any markup for currency conversion, online payments or digital payments applied by your card issuer, subject to the terms you have agreed with that issuer or payment-source provider, such as PayPal. The figure that reaches your statement in your local currency will therefore be a significantly different number from the one you see on our website.
VAT is charged in line with UK and international EU law, and with the rules of some jurisdictions where we are registered locally for digital services tax. mySites.guru is a business-to-business software solution supplied over the internet, so many tax jurisdictions class it as a digital service, with the place of supply treated as being where the customer is.
Manual consultancy is handled differently for tax purposes: the place of supply is Jersey, Channel Islands. That is why our manual consultancy fees have no VAT or sales tax applied. They are still charged in pounds sterling, and still subject to the card issuer and currency charges above.
